Human Genomics Data (1+MG) - SNPs matrix
Whole-genome sequencing data from 100 blood samples that have been collected from a reference cohort reflecting the general Belgian population. A matrix containing Single Nucleotide Variants (SNVs) identified in a sample of 100 BELHES participants. The file is a CSV file with one line per sample (pseudonymised ID) and one column per variant. Column headers are chr:position. Reference genome version used was GRCh38.

- Population Coverage
- The sample size of the current study is determined by the number of BELHES participants who have signed an informed consent form for the collection of a blood sample and subsequent DNA analysis, and with their blood sample stored in Sciensano’s biobank.
- Purposes
-
-
The primary objective of the project is to obtain DNA sequencing results from residual blood samples that have been collected from a reference cohort reflecting the general Belgian population
-
- Provenance
-
- The blood samples, together with their lab ID, have been sent to KULeuven for sequencing and the generated sequencing data are stored at the secured internal network server at Sciensano
