Données génomiques humaines (1+MG) - Matrice des SNPs

Données de séquençage du génome entier issues de 100 échantillons sanguins prélevés auprès d'une cohorte de référence représentative de la population belge générale. Une matrice contenant les variants nucléotidiques simples (SNV) identifiés chez un échantillon de 100 participants au projet BELHES. Le fichier est un fichier CSV comportant une ligne par échantillon (identifiant pseudonymisé) et une colonne par variant. Les en-têtes de colonnes sont chr:position. La version du génome de référence utilisée est GRCh38.

Population Coverage
The sample size of the current study is determined by the number of BELHES participants who have signed an informed consent form for the collection of a blood sample and subsequent DNA analysis, and with their blood sample stored in Sciensano’s biobank.
Purposes

  • The primary objective of the project is to obtain DNA sequencing results from residual blood samples that have been collected from a reference cohort reflecting the general Belgian population

Provenance
  • The blood samples, together with their lab ID, have been sent to KULeuven for sequencing and the generated sequencing data are stored at the secured internal network server at Sciensano

Data dictionary (long format). A matrix containing Single Nucleotide Variants (SNVs) identified in a sample of 100 BELHES participants.
