La crise du COVID-19 a mis en évidence l'importance du bien-être mental des professionnels de la santé et des soins. Les soins et l'assistance de la plus haute qualité sont fournis par des travailleurs de la santé et des soins résilients qui se sentent bien dans leur peau et travaillent dans un environnement sûr. Le bien-être (mental) au travail est donc crucial, tant pour le professionnel de la santé et des soins que pour le patient.
Afin de suivre de manière structurelle le bien-être mental des professionnels de la santé et des soins, le SPF Santé publique, Sécurité de la chaîne alimentaire et Environnement a chargé Sciensano d'organiser une enquête (Be.well.pro) sur ce sujet.

Purposes

  • This survey (a questionnaire) has two main purposes:

    To monitor work-related mental well-being and track its evolution over time
    To support and stimulate actions aimed at improving the work-related mental well-being of health and care professionals
