The Epilabo project consists of a network of sentinel clinical microbiology laboratories coordinated by Sciensano. It encompasses about 40 different pathogens and is used to follow the epidemiology of infectious diseases in Belgium. Laboratories participate on a voluntary basis. Cases are reported individually in this surveillance.
Next generation sequencing is about the NGS tests performed in Belgium. This dataset contains the patients identification, medical data, genomic data (VCF file) & the indications.
