This document summarises the results of the Work Package 8 in the TEHDAS Joint Action (2020-2023), focused on citizens, and whose goal was to make recommendations for the Member States and European Commission on how to engage citizens in the coming European Health Data Space. These recommendations are meant to represent citizens’ points of view as expressed in the Healthy Data consultation and do not reflect with the point of view of TEHDAS, the authors or their institutions.
